BHTV is a collective music project that started in a studio space located in the basement of a commercial building in downtown Newark, NJ. The idea was to honor the rich history of rock music that exists just a stone’s throw away from that studio — from Maxwell’s in Hoboken to Max’s Kansas City in New York — and infuse that inspiration with the sensibilities they’ve internalized growing up as musicians in the 2000’s.

moon watcher is an ambient music project focused on the idea of growth, evolution, and the trappings of nostalgia. Though there is always a new moon watcher studio project in development, it is primarily a live enterprise consisting of looped segments of improvisation building in ambient layers — a fragmented recollection that evolves in real time. The audience is encouraged to take an active role as a listener, mediating on memory and presence in any given moment.
